We deliver to every region on the grid. Every order ships via a tracked courier so you can follow your suit from our workshop to your door. Remote or rural addresses may add a day or two — we will flag this if it applies to your postcode.

Every Kartex suit is made to order — we do not hold stock. Once your order and artwork are confirmed, the build begins.

• Replica suits: completed and dispatched within 7 business days, personalisation included.
• Custom / bespoke suits: completed within a maximum of 4 weeks from approved design — often sooner.

Peak season and complex team orders can extend lead times slightly. We will always confirm your expected dispatch date before production starts.

Times below are estimates after dispatch. They do not include production lead time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We will show the exact rate before you confirm payment.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authority. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. If you are unsure about charges in your country, contact your local customs office before ordering.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, another when it enters production, and a final dispatch notice with a tracking number. Use that number on your courier's website to follow your suit in real time. If you do not see tracking updates within 48 hours of the dispatch email, contact us and we will trace it for you.
